 Currently, we are working on creating new value by combining AI with our human expertise, which is a strength that we have accumulated over the years, into areas such as planning and designing apparel products using generative AI, proposing sales promotions using AI models, and improving the accuracy of demand forecasting using big data. We will introduce what prompted our company to embark on digital transformation, the challenges we faced when introducing it, and how we paved the way for it to take root within the company, along with examples of how we utilize AWS. Developing apparel-specific generative AI services
By customizing Generative AI Use Cases JP (GenU) for our company and introducing it into our sales department, we have been able to streamline operations and improve our ability to make proposals to customers. Additionally, by utilizing “Amazon Q in QuickSight” and “Amazon SageMaker Canvas,” a variety of internal and external data can be intuitively analyzed in natural language, enabling data-driven demand forecasting.
We will introduce examples of how Takihyo, as a company that has promoted digital transformation initiatives with a corporate culture of “always taking on new challenges,” is utilizing AWS.
