Golf Revival

THE LEGEND CHARITY PRO-AM TOURNAMENT

Isao Aoki, a pillar of the golf world, Sadaharu Oh, a leader in baseball, and Terumasa Hino, a world famous trumpet player, serve as the planning committee of "The Legend Charity Pro-Am Tournament" hosted to make a contribution to society through golf. The profits from this tournament are utilized to support disaster struck areas and children fighting illnesses. Takihyo helps support this tournament participated by pro golfers and celebrities.

Takihyo has signed on pro golfers, Kyoko Furuya and Julia Kurata to wear ZOY golf wear. While supporting the activities of these women athletes, their success helps transmit ZOY to the world.

Reconstruction Assistance

Reconstruction Assistance to the Great East Japan Earthquake

Takihyo encourages the GAMA ROCK FES (Shiogama, Miyagi) which supports disaster struck areas with art and food. Volunteers from our company hold events such as face painting to help convey the attractions of Shiogama to as many people as possible and to re-energize the town.

Happiness

"Happiness" is a project that was launched to "make people happy through fashion". Activities include donations of our company’s products and holding workshops by our volunteers at orphanages, all aiming to make a contribution to the local community and to educate our employees for a spiritually rich society.

Re DESIGN PROJECT

Takihyo supports the “Re Design Project” sponsored by Uny Co., Ltd. which is an activity where design school students create designs using unused materials, manufacturing is done at facilities supporting the handicapped and the finished products are sold at Uny stores. Takihyo donates unused fabrics wishing to become a part of the driving force behind the rejuvenation of the local community.

Tweed Run

Takihyo supports the Tweed Run, an event combining fashion that originated in England and bicycles. Participants ride bicycles wearing the dress code tweed, supporting Bishu in Aichi prefecture, a production region of wool and energizing the fashion industry. A "Takihyo Award" is given out to the best dresser who is presented with an original company product.
